Dutch Oven Workshops

Ever wondered how those people cook in a Dutch Oven? After this four hour workshop people will be asking you how to cook in a Dutch Oven. We will learn the basics of food prep and cooking in our state cooking vessel. After we cook and enjoy our three-course meal all the secrets of this great past time will be revealed to you.
Cost: $40 includes workshop, lunch & The Dutch Oven 101 Cookbook OR $105 includes workshop, lunch, a Lodge 6 qt. Dutch Oven and The Dutch Oven 101 Cookbook. Workshop limited to first 15. Registration and pre-payment required.

Kayak Workshops

Have you ever wanted to learn to kayak? Here’s your chance to learn from a kayak instructor for the American Canoe Association (ACA). We will learn all aspects of paddling as we explore a calm area of Beaver Lake. Recreational kayaks, paddles and lifejackets will be provided. Space is limited, open to 16 years and older. Bring a sack lunch, sunscreen and dress for the weather. Cost $50 per person

Nature Exploration Camp

Are your children looking for a fun camp to participate in over the summer? At this unique day camp, they will be immersed in a natural setting and enjoy a variety of fun, hands-on activities. Session 1: 6-8 year olds, Session 2: 9-12 year olds, Session 3: 9-12 year olds, Session 4: 6-8 year olds.

Outdoor Adventure Camp

This special camp for teenagers will allow them to experience the activities you can participate in outdoors. They will be learn to kayak on Beaver Lake, wilderness survival (including fire building), and many more fun activities. Space is limited to 6 people, so do not miss this fun opportunity! For teenagers 13-15 years old.
